School Lane Surgery are currently undergoing evaluation of their dementia services in an effort to become accredited as a Dementia Friendly Practice. We have bought suitable equipment including a new clock and signs for the toilet and all staff have participated in extra dementia awareness training. Many of the staff that attended this training have become dementia friends and can be recognised by the small dementia friend badge that they will be wearing. We will up date you further once we have been accredited.

GP Net Earnings

Net Earnings

NHS England require that the net earnings of doctors engaged in the practice is publicised.

All GP Practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver GP services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GPs working for Dr Hadley-Brown and Partners in the last financial year was £101,098 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 5 full time GPs, 3 part time GPs and 0 locums GP who worked in the practice for more than six months.
