How do I Make Appointments?

• Routine: Please telephone 01842 753115.
• School Lane Surgery is open from 8.30am – 5.00pm at School Lane, Monday – Fridays. On Tuesdays School Lane is closed from 1.00pm – 2.30pm.
• Healthy Living Centre Surgery is open from
  8.30am –  6.30 pm (closed from 1.00pm – 2.00pm Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri).  On Tuesday the Healthy Living Centre is open 8.30am - 8.30pm (closed from 1.00pm - 2.30pm).

Please arrive in good time for your appointment (at least 5 minutes before your appointment time). If you arrive late the GP or Nurse may not be able to see you.

If you cannot attend please let us know so your appointment can be re-allocated – 01842 753115. Your co-operation is appreciated.  It is always helpful to advise the receptionist the nature of your consultation.

For routine appointments: a doctor/nurse can be seen between 8.40am and 6.10pm Monday – Friday.

For urgent appointments: All patients requesting to see a doctor/nurse the same day are referred to the ‘Triage Nurse’ who will assess the degree of urgency of the problem and allocate the patient to the most appropriate medical professional for treatment.

For this service to run efficiently, it is advisable that you telephone the surgery on 01842 753115 and not arrive without an appointment as this will only delay your assessment and treatment.
