School Lane SurgeryDiabetes UK have been working with Norfolk and Waveney ICS to provide a ‘Living with Diabetes’ patient event, taking place at The Nest in Norwich on 26th September.

This event is for people living with diabetes and there will be a range of local clinicians on hand to provide workshops, talks and a Q&A throughout the day and maybe really useful for those who come along.
