School Lane SurgeryWe are aware that patients trying to reach School Lane Pharmacy by phone are currently experiencing difficulties. We have been informed that this has been reported and awaiting resolution by an engineer.
The surgery has, in turn, received a high volume of calls from Patients asking the surgery queries about their prescription or asking to be put through to the Pharmacy. Unfortunately, we are not able to do this.
School Lane Pharmacy is an independent business separate from the surgery. Whilst we share the building the pharmacy is a distinct and separate company from the surgery. The surgery has no control over, or involvement with, the pharmacy or their phone system as it is different to our own.
Of course, we are more than happy to speak to patients about issues, but for pharmacy related queries, please contact the pharmacy directly as we are not able to assist.
